I saw an advertisement for the ChalUttaranchal Adventure Sports Services at the gym. This contain River Rafting, Skiing, Bungee Jumping, Flying Fox, Jungle Safari, Trekking and much more. Then i realize there is so many things i have not enjoyed yet. I go to ChalUttaranchal official website fill booking form with all the requirements. As we had a big group of people ChalUttaranchal built us up a special itinerary and gave us a very reasonable price. Each of the activities were so much fun, very well organized with great tour leaders. ChalUttaranchal picked us up every morning from our accommodation as well as dropping us off at the end of the day. The prices also included lunch which we found to be very good value for money. For each activity we had a specialist (River Rafting, Skiing etc) who were all very friendly and warm.

ChalUttaranchal is a very professional company from where we book our regular Cool Cab/Taxi. This is a “Door to Door” service WITHOUT EXTRA COST. Pay by regular government approved charges (Meter) Only. I needed to go to Dehradun from Delhi at around 5:00am and didn’t know whether I would Book a taxi to wave to. I have taken ChalUttaranchal services couple of times before. I Book One Way Cab from Delhi to Dehradun, that reduce the full price. Truly I will utilize it again and everytime. One arrangement that I enjoyed with these folks are that, they take full responsibility for taxi mishap and tariff perspective. If there is any misunderstood arise, travelers are asked to stop taxi and call the helpline and somebody would address the driver to resolve it gently. They request that you don’t have to pay before settling the matter. No Extra charges for this administration from customers perspective. There is no booking charge taken by them. This is the fifth time I am taking hotel booking service from ChalUttaranchal from last 1 year or so as a result this is the first review that I am leaving. Each time that I have been a guest at hotels that they provide, they have outdone themselves! The service, amenities and staff are EXCELLENT and/or SUPERB. The front desk is as good as gold and an outstanding asset to ChalUttaranchal Service. Their warm greeting and captivating smile makes me feel like I am walking into my own house. They knows how to make a guest feel appreciated and welcomed. I have to also mention the very pleasant, yet hard working housekeeping staff is remarkable. I have observed their greet any passing guest in an upbeat and cheerful manner and that would brighten anyone’s day. Book a hotel room from ChalUttaranchal was a great experience.

For your kind hospitality and the stay at your hotel was the ‘height’ of our tour. I wish all hotels in Uttarakhand would have the same staff and willingness to receive guest so kindly as you did. What a thrilling experience! I am a rather middle aged, non athletic mom and Manoj made this such a wonderful experience. He met our family on the bank of Ganges with jackets and paddles and a fantastic energy and encouragement. My son was all in and ready for the thrill, I had to take some time to build up to the ‘stand up’ part of the fun, Manoj made me feel totally at ease about taking my time and being comfortable before each step or if I had chosen to stay kneeling on the boat I never felt like I wasn’t keeping up with the fun. He gave each of us the exact attention that we needed as well as plenty of time just to sit out on the Boat and take in the beauty that is Uttarakhand. We plan to return to ChalUttaranchal for all of our future adventure sports and tours as we have tried several others and this one was just fantastic!! If you are considering doing any type of activity in Rishikesh you should definitely come to these guys. By far the best adventure Sports company I have ever come across!

Never could I have imagined the wonderful spiritual experiences that awaited me/us before we began our Char Dham trip from Delhi. They made the trip fault-free with ever so much quality time. There seemed no issue that they could not find a solution. Actually I don’t think there were any issues––but if there were, they made them disappear quickly. In addition to the wonderful memories mentioned above another person who made the journey so very memorable was Raghu. What a dear. He is perhaps the most competent travel agent we have ever worked with. As he began to enter our lives this summer I was always heartened that he knew all of the answers/or was eager to get the right answers for me as quickly as possible. What amazed me was that he thought of things I never dreamed of thinking and acted on our behalf with our total confidence that his reasoning was correct. He was delightful to speak with and was always six steps ahead of my thinking. He was never annoyed by my constant questioning.

Rohan and I wanted to let you know how amazing our recent trip to Uttarakhand was. The Rishikesh-Mussoorie tour was defiantly the perfect trip for us and our friends and I truly cannot think of one thing that was amiss. Personal highlights for me included rafting in the Ganges, visiting Mussoorie Hills and seeing the vast ruins on top of the mountain, as well as spending the day at the beautiful Mall Road. I also want to mention Hathi Panv near George Everest Peak. It was spectacular and it was strange and unusual being in a place with absolutely no sound. But it was Raghu, the guide you hand picked for us who made the entire tour so special and meaningful. He is a fount of information and truly could speak on any topic whether it was history, culture, food, political, atmosphere or religion. All of us valued his broad knowledge and the way he imparted information to us. His personal tour style allowed us to feel a special connection to Uttarakhand, it’s people, and heritage.

I would like to update you that, on 02Jul 2016, we had booked a taxi from Rishikesh to Mussoorie. While getting down from the Taxi, my friend forget his Cell Phone in the Cab. He realized the mistake after about an hours time. When contacted the Chauffer – Mr. Diwan Singh, he immediately assisted him and assured him that, the Mobile Phone is with him and he has parked the vehicle at the Jolly Grant Airport. Someone needs to collect the same from him, till that time he will wait at the Airport. My colleague, was at the Airport and had collected the Cell Phone from Mr. Diwan Singh. Great job. Really feel happy to say that, this is the kind of experience we had with ChalUttaranchal taxi service and Mr. Singh. Thanks to their courteous service, instead of leaving with a negative feeling about trip, visitors go home with a positive experience.
